“Been going to Gunderson's now for a year, ever since I relocated to the Fox Valley area. However, the one on Richmond really goes a bit further than others to make me happy. First, they gave me a bag to carry my dirty laundry in. I'm guessing they do this with regulars and those that bring in a lot of clothing, but it makes it way easier for me. Secondly, the coupons they send via email didn't make sense to me. A young lady explained how to use them and now I save money. Lastly, the sweetness of each lady (haven't met a man there yet) I speak to is above other spots. So nice! I wish I could share a name. Maybe next time I'll ask before I review.”

“We had had an old deck torn out and a smaller one put in, and then called Legendary (Lakeshore Cleaners) to help us re-landscape. I was particularly impressed with Sarah, their estimator. She listened closely, picked up on details, and repeated everything back to me to ensure she had it right as to what we wanted. They were even ok with reusing some existing rock and plants onsite. All costs were reasonable and the work crew did a great job. The work done matched the estimate--I know from past experience that that doesn't always happen! Sarah and their office in general were also good with returning calls and responding to questions.
They also treated our lawn for grubs that caused big bare spots that our previous lawn care service at the time had been simply ignoring. Legendary's crew put down both topsoil and grass seed on the numerous spots. They were very thorough--there were a LOT of spots!--and grass is coming up nicely. Would definitely recommend!”

“Their laundry Mat is true to service! Opened 24/7! It’s a rarity in this day and age. While the screen door is a bit off putting to most… the charm of a classic laundry mat with slight updated charms is relaxing. I called in to see if they were still open late at night. Weird enough I got a response! I do believe this place is a hidden charm for a laundry mat!”

“AMAZING place and owner/s! I’ve never had such a great experience at a laundromat before. I couldn’t get the coin machine to take my $5, I asked for help and he was GLAD to help and of course got it on the first try. When I came back to get my laundry, he was at the door holding it open for customers. Never experienced anything like it! HIGHLY recommend and I definitely will be back! THANK YOU SOO MUCH!”
