“The many bags of medications ready for pick up by the customers testify to the popularity of this facility. I appreciate that usually multiple employees are available to serve the next customer. I personally appreciate that they not only serve people, but animals, such as my dog.
I would give 5* if & when they manage to get their text message system, that is supposed to let me know the Rx is ready, to work correctly, instead of a text 5 days later in which they threatened to withhold or to dispose of the Rx if I didn't manage to pick it up promptly. I didn't receive any earlier texts. The system worked correctly prior to September, when it failed.”

“The pharmacists here make every effort to answer questions in a friendly, informative manner. They also work to fill prescriptions quickly and even take time to connect with insurance companies. Once when we were leaving on trip, they worked with us to ensure that we had enough of our medication for the days we were going to be gone even though the entire prescription couldn't be filled because they had to order it. They also are great about answering questions about over the counter medications. I feel they go above and beyond. We just feel entirely CARED FOR when we go to this pharmacy.”

“Usually I don't have ANYTHING to complain about but I don't understand why they have to shut down for 20 min to half an hour for lunch because people rely on the bus to get around and there's no way your gonna be able to catch the bus before it heads into the transit center!!! Could do better!!!! Other than that!!!! A++”

“This is most likely the best pharmacy ever! The people have been their for more than 20 years and you can tell they're a team. In fact they are more than a team. They are professionals who care about the customer, their jobs, and each other. They never make you feel rushed nor have they ever displayed impatience with me in the 20+ years I been going there. They are so very helpful, and if they don't know the answer they will research it and get back to you. They are kind, conpassionate, caring, respectful, and professional. They have even sent me get well cards! I love them!”

So, a lot of They have always been polite and efficiently answered my questions. And when I have had questions, they have been better help then my PCP staff. They are kind but chronically stressed. Give them a break.”

“I like going here for convenience. There are prices I do need to question but at the same time they've got a good variety of products. The pharmacy has always been good to me. They've gone above and beyond to help me out when there was a difficult order when the insurance company was trying to throw me under the bus.My only complaint is the abhorrent music. Can they please change the station lol. Other than thar. No issues.”
