“I haven’t seen other wedding reviews on here so wanted to share our recent experience with our wedding at Anderson! In sum, BOOK THIS VENUE!

Anderson served as a beautiful venue for our wedding reception. We searched far and wide in the WI/IL area for the RIGHT place, then we found Anderson. You can’t beat the setting and scenery. And it’s so unique and special within the Kenosha wedding scene!

Logistically there are some plusses as well such as ample parking, onsite bathrooms, and electricity available for vendors.

One thing that we found amazing was that we got to customize everything by bringing everything in ourselves (aside from bar services) - from tents/tables/chairs/etc. to the DJ and catering and everything in between. That worked for us because we wanted a high level of customization and really pushed the boundaries. It all turned out incredibly well and everyone loved the space. We loved that we really got to create our own vision and bring it to life! This can be as expensive as you’d like (but noting a tent and other furniture does eat up a cost), and does take an extra level of planning - but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We got to create the wedding of our dreams!!

We did experience some minor hiccups that are forgettable in the grand scheme of things but worth noting; bar lines ran long through the night, same with the bathrooms, and in the coordination process there were a couple of minuscule items that we had to go back and forth on with the venue but ended up in a great spot.

Overall though, it was exactly the place we wanted and made for the night we dreamed of and so many unforgettable memories!! We can’t wait to keep going back to reminisce that night!!”

“We were walking downtown and just stopped in on the spur of the moment. The woman at the register was so very nice. She took the time to tell us about many of the artists whose pieces were in the gallery. All were local to the area. Although a small space, there were many artists represented. She also told us about an exhibit which was running at the Kenosha Public Museum. We enjoyed our visit immensely. The artists were all so talented. When we're in Kenosha again, this will be on our to-visit list.”
