“I have been with First American since they bought out our local Southport Bank several years ago. I was disappointed when it happened as I was a loyal Southport Bank customer. I have been pleasantly surprised. I mostly use the Kenosha northside branch. They have a heart. You don't find that with many banks today. They worked with my Dad regarding investments. Then with me to help disperse and close out his account upon his passing. They helped me to expedite a debit card and worked for me on an issue while I was out of the country feeling helpless. Don't get me wrong, they are still a bank and play by the rules, as they should, but in my experience they really seem to care about the customers.”

“A very nice bank to have accounts with. Friendly individuals, coffee when you walk in, they do personalized deposit slips which is very convenient and they have good rates. Have a savings account with them. They are one of the few banks that offer a coin machine. More banks need to be like Johnson Bank already is. Great job.”

“Today I witnessed the staff intervene on behalf of an older lady being scammed for money. They tried to tell her to not take the money because it was a scam, but the lady was insistent. They called the family on her behalf and she was able to talk to the family member. The amount of care that was shown to help this lady out was tremendous. “I just opened up accounts here for both personal and business. Staff very nice and helpful. I came from a large bank and had to spend hours moving automatic deposits and withdrawals from that bank to US bank. US bank made the decision years ago to help me with a Small Business Association Loan when other banks chose not to. They then gave me another loan to expand my business, again when the large bank I was at would not. I finally decided that keeping all of our finances at a bank who did not value me as a business owner was NOT what was best for us. I made the decision and moved over to US Bank. Thanks for valuing my family and my business!!”
