“Aivah and Estella (GM) are amazing!
My niece had lost her iPhone the past 3 days and we turned everything over looking for it. When I realized we had went to Burlington and she had probably misplaced it there. I checked Find My iPhone and the location was exactly at Burlington.
I called two minutes before closing and explain the situation to Aivah. She had informed me that we could stop by and try to find it.
When we arrived Aivah and Estella spent literally 15 plus minutes looking for the iPhone. When we realized my niece probably had it in her pink purse. That was still inside the store.
Sure enough they’re able to find the pink purse as well as the iPhone that was inside the purse. It was thanks to Aivah and Estella that my niece was able to get her favorite purse and iPhone back.
We just wanted to say thank you to Aivah and Estella for being so understanding, helpful, and amazing with the whole situation. We also wanted to give credit where credit was due.
