Bad installs on my dishwasher and fridge. Asked multiple times for someone to come out and check them out because of the issues I’ve had on them since the install. Paid extra for the membership to cover these problems but of course you can’t get a hold of anyone. Just tried calling for the 6th time and either the phone gets disconnected or doesn’t work.

Very disappointing GeekSquad experience. I set up an appointment through Apple Support to have my iPhone battery replaced at the Kenosha store.I was halfway there when I got an email that they were down a repair agent & couldn’t do same day repairs. (Understandable)I tried to call the member and the store at the extension provided to reschedule but instead got sent to three different call center people.I was on hold with the first one for 10 minutes and he said there was no record of my appointment before he dropped the call. Same thing with the second person. The third simply told me to call Apple & hung up on me!I wasted 45 minutes & could never reach a live person in Kenosha.Never again!

Wife ordered a TV. Got an email saying it'd be ready for pickup. Drove there, got there and the kid told her it wasn't ready, couldn't tell her when it was going to be ready. No apology. No empathy. Zero customer service.

They came in one look at my TV and they knew what was wrong they ordered the part came in two weeks later and the TV is as good as new

The geek squad employee Who helped me get a new phone refused to delete the content off my old phone in front of me. He asked me to remove the passcodes for diagnostics and when I asked him a if my content could be deleted he said yes, it will be deleted before it’s shipped out then took the unlocked phone with all my personal content, put it in a box and walked away with it. I came back a few minutes later with my Husband, who also had a phone replacement in that store. When his phone was replaced he was asked to delete his content on his own in front of the employee… So when I told my husband this employee refused to delete my content he knew something was off. The manager assured me the phone was not tampered with and was on camera the entire time but I believe there was ulterior motives with the employee who helped me.
Edit: when my husband got the phone back all the content was deleted. This was about 20 mins after I left the first time.

They scheduled an appointment to fix my Samsung s9 screen no problem, even knew that it wasn't an apple product when scheduling (the man at customer service has a badge marked "Member since 2013" so obviously he knew what he was doing) but not even half an hour before my appointment several days later, I was called and told that Geek Squad only fixes Apple products and samsungs under their protection plan. They could have checked my user profile as soon as I gave them my phone number to know I wasn't under any plan, and instead I went an unnecessary week with a cracked screen.

Geeksquad provided excellent service. My laptop wireless broke and the mousepad stopped working. They were not able to repair my laptop; however, because I had a plan with them, they replaced my old unrepairable laptop with a new model. I received a store credit for the original price of the old laptop and was able to select a new model without delay. They installed everything I requested and now I am up and running my business with an amazing laptop that is quicker and more efficient. Thank you!

Went in with the exact make and model of my pc so there would be no mistakes . I wanted more memory for my all in one pc . I showed him the info and says I need lap top memory and shows me where it is . Only problem was he was arrogant and too lazy to look it up in his computer . If he had taken a few minutes to do his job he would of found out it wasn't the right type and they don't sell the kind I need . Now I have to wait for who knows how long to get my 100.00 dollars back since I paid with a card . If you have to go there don't trust what they tell you unless they look it up in their system first . If the kid looks down his nose at you , ask for someone else .
