“I was in the Kenosha store, but they were so overwhelmed and undermanned, so We actually got served by a customer rep from the Racine store, Store 6626. Her name was Alicia Sykes, and she was terrific. Patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. Great experience, almost made the 3-hour wait time worth it. My wife got a new phone and had it transferred over from Google Fi. Google had awesome customer service when we first got them, about 7 years ago, but Now they have all reps that no one can understand, and they Don't listen! So Alicia helped us try to communicate with this Pakistani or Indian customer rep that would not LISTEN, he kept telling us to access something on phone after we informed him about 8 times the phone had stopped working! Alicia took care of phone, lowered our overall bill by about 50 bucks, and was just a delight to work with.”

“Tyler just finished working magic for my family and I. Between him and Briley, we received a 10 Star rating customer service but we can only give 5 on here. They were very personable and interactive with my family. One of my kids lives in a different state and they made upgrading her phone absolutely painless! We definitely found our new location for service! We went in for just one upgrade, but walked out with new devices for everyone, and a cheaper bill. They are upfront which is what made us upgrade everyone. Super happy! 5 phones and upgrade internet.”
