Terrible management. Rich the landlord does very little to deal with any issues. 22nd Avenue is constantly loud with emergency vehicles and heavy traffic. AC units do not have enough power to cool units but you cant open windows since half the tenants do drugs.

Heat sucks, 61 f on friday february 8th 2019, 64 f on thursday february 7th 2019, 54 f on wed 01-30-19, 65 on th 01-31-19, 69 f on 01-09-2019, heat has gone below 70 f many times. heat not going beyond 70 f on 01-25-19

The new management is really nice and understanding. The place is kept clean and all the tenants are respectable. I would recommend these apartments to anyone :)
