It is very nice and very quiet here. Well maintained and neighbors are very nice and keep mostly to themselves! The only complaint i have is there is a new apartment complex being built and it it VERY loud and cars are getting covered in sand and dirt. But that is only temporary and no fault of the Breeze Terrace Apartments.

Jeff was extremely helpful in showing the units and provided very upfront and transparent info. Very flexible on leasing options, as well. The apartments are very new and in a good location, convenient to Milwaukee and the northern suburbs of Chicago. Highly recommended!

I lived here for over two years, and my experience was outstanding. I would still live here if I didn't get a job offer in the DC area. Jeff and Rachel, the management team, were a Blessing to me. Very professional and willing to work with me as I was deciding on my next move.
