“I am on the fence about the west bend store. Just when you get to know a associate, bam, there gone. Its really kind of sad that they cant keep employees. Dave the manager is very good, fair, funny, knows his shit. The only bad side is, i have like 8 accounts there. Between all of the stores. I never seem to get ant perk points becouse im always using different accounts or its not even on one. How about combining accounts”
“We were very happy with our repair job at Crash Champions this month. First, their initial evaluation of the damage done to my Ford Edge revealed structural damage to the door which was missed by another exam. Next they got me in very quickly and were good about keeping me apprised of the ongoing work. Finally, the car looks like new and came back with a complete interior and exterior cleaning. The associates were friendly and efficient. I never had to wait for service. Thanks for continuing to be a company I would recommend to others.”
“Wish I knew about this place years ago. I love the way they price there new cars. I had a vehicle to trade in and they gave me a fair price. No back and forth with management on the trade in value. “Give Terrance at West Bend all the gold stars!!! My licenses plates were rusted on and two screws had to be sawed off. There was nothing to put new screws into anymore and Terrance found alternatives for me to use and even installed my back license plate. Really made my day when I felt like I was out of options. It felt like he really cared about helping me find a solution. I never give reviews, but I had to give him a shout out because no one goes above and beyond like he did today. Thank you!!!”

“The staff here went above and beyond typical customer service! Several months ago, I drove to Advanced Auto Parts for a new car battery. I parked and went to the door, but unfortunately they were closed because they were out of power. I was stranded in the parking lot with a dead battery and a sleeping toddler in the backseat, trying to figure out what to do next. I didn't realize there were workers in the store, until they came out to check on me. After I explained my situation, the employee helped change my battery and, since their computers were down, trusted me to come back the next day to pay the bill. I am so thankful for his kindness and will be sure to give them my business in the future!”

“Had to take my Nissan in for service and first impressions were good. Shop area is clean and the service counter staff is very helpful. The only draw back is the credit card service fee. It’s a cost of doing business, don’t pass it on to your customer, prices are too high already.”
“The prices are good and the staff for parts are more knowledgeable than other stores. They have access to a machine shop as well for turning down drums and cylinder heads.”

He walked me through it better than the insurance company did. Terry was so nice and so understanding. The work on my truck was absolutely amazing. You can't even tell there was any damage from the deer.I highly, HIGHLY recommend Squirts Customs for everything!”
“The ONLY store that had what I needed. Everyone else wanted $54 for just the front plate of my water pump. Old 2000 mazda. Napa had the whole kit-n-kabbodle, (front plate and back housing) for $52. ??? can't beat it!!”
