“We've been a part of COA for 6 years now, starting with my son until he started kindergarten and now with my daughter, currently enrolled. I'm very picky about who watches my kids (thank you, anxiety), and I have always felt comfortable with them at COA. I know they're safe, the staff shows them so much love, the building is always clean, and I get plenty of pictures/videos of them having fun every day.”
“Our son attended KinderCare Ballard for six months as an infant. We were very pleased with the care provided. The director is fantastic and has excellent communication. Ms. Alana was our son's main teacher and she was amazing. Our son was excited to go to daycare each morning and was always happy (and playing with his friends) when we picked him up. We would highly recommend KinderCare Ballard for child care.”
“This is the first daycare our son has attended and we were worried about how it would go. We were immediately comforted from the first meeting with Ms. Amber. It took him a few months to get used to being there, but the staff did everything they could to make him feel comfortable and welcome. Our son is now doing great; he’s making friends, learning new skills, and he enjoys every day he’s there. Special shout out to his teacher Ms. Abby; knowing he is well taken care of and loved makes my day away from him so much easier.”

“We absolutely love Kindercare!! Pretty much from the first day we walked in their door we have felt like family. They have amazing teachers there that constantly work with our daughter. Our daughter is under 1 and they do all sort of sensory activities. She has painted, played with different types of food, played with water, played with all different musical instruments and they went through all sort of transportation with her. They make daycare so much fun for her and she LOVES her teachers! We really love everyone there, they are all amazing and work hard, especially through all this Covid stuff.”
“When I arrive or leave every day I am carrying almost 50 pounds of baby and baby stuff, there was once 4 people standing in the entrance talking and not one offered to hold the door for me. The font on your app is so small I can't read it with my glasses on, I must use a magnifying glass, so sending me notifications 8 times a day is a waste of your time as I am not carrying a magnifying glass around with me. If you need diapers and wipes, for $ 400 a week, you can ask me verbally instead of sending a message in the app.”

“I have loved this daycare center - my son has been here for two years now and the staff has been wonderful the whole time. They clearly care about the children, communicate with the parents, and create a fun and engaging environment. My son loves his teachers and the other kids at the daycare. The center has a very homely feel as a little bit smaller daycare center. The teachers plan lots of engaging activities for the kids, and my son really enjoys the activities. They also plan regular evening events for parents to bring their kids to the center and interact with the teachers and other kids outside of normal hours. This is a wonderful center!”
