The people here are great from the desk to the IT Tech who worked on my computer. They had it done in a few days for a reasonable price. My computer boots and works great now!

I highly recommend Abts Computer for your computer needs. I purchased a new computer from another source and had them transfer my data to new computer. What a mess. I then took both computers to Abts to have them straighten out the mess created by previous company. Joyce worked with me to straighten out the files. She is awesome. Abts Computer is awesome.

I am a long time customer and am very appreciative of the services they provide to help me with any computer related issues I have. I am computer illiterate and the staff there does a great job helping with everyday tasks I need to do online that can otherwise be difficult to complete on my own.

Great customer service and quick turnaround. Have worked with them twice on two different issues and they were able to diagnose and fix the issues within a day each time. Very reasonably priced as well.

Very good customer service. Computer running very slow. Diagnostic showed Very little wrong in shop. Operated fine for them. Owner of Abts brought Computer back to my home for testing and found it was issues with my modem from our internet provider. David got on the phone with them explaining his findings. We received a new upgraded modem within a few days and everything is working Great!!! Thanks David!!

Edited: everyone was very friendly, but I feel like I paid for nothing. Brought in my new home built computer that wasn't displaying at all and asked them if they could figure out why. I have built several and had done some troubleshooting at home, but nothing was working. The boot light on the motherboard is lit whenever I try to start it up. I drop it off, they call the next morning and tell me it booted up first try, and they didn't have to do anything. To make my $60 "worth it" they took it upon themselves to install windows without asking me, which I didn't want done. Now I bring my computer home today, and I'm having the exact same issue where there is no display and the boot light is still on. When I called to ask if they had any idea why that might be, they told me to try a different monitor, which has not worked. Now I'm out 60 bucks, have software installed that I didn't want installed for me, and I've made almost no progress on why my computer won't boot up at home.
