The top of my dress refused to sit right and I think I ended up coming in five different times. Kathy was determined to make it right without adding additional stitching to the outside of the dress. Even though I came back more times than expected, Kathy did not charge me any more than originally quoted. I was able to store my dress at the Wedding Tree, since I bought it there, so it made the storage process very simple. Kathy is very talented and truly cares about the work she does! I highly recommend Kathy Jirsa.”
