“Nate Evan is the epitome of Customer Service. Early in the day I had to go in to get a refund because I was charged an extra hour because of a time zone change, he helped by issuing the refund and claiming the system should've known. Then later in the day he moved down to the airport and when I went to get my second rental in two months he was there and helped immensely. At first someone didn't return the rental that was supposed to be mine, so they had to call one down from La Crosse and give me half a tank free, then when the car arrived it was considered a downgrade and he was quick to issue a correction to the bill and even said if it doesn't work to come by first thing in the morning to swap the car, then above all else he gave me his card to call and clear the time zone issue of I had issues again. The guy was beyond helpful and did everything he could to make sure everything worked and was right!”

“At the small La Crosse, WI airport the enterprise closes at 6pm and reopens at 11:30. My plane got delayed from the original 4:30pm arrival. I ended up arriving at 10:30pm and had to wait an hour before they arrived to handle my rental. Once they arrived it was very quick. I dropped off the rental at 4:00am and just parked myself and put the key in the drop box. All in all it was a good experience, I just wish I wasn't delayed so long.”

“We were very pleased with this 2026 Subaru Outback we rented for our family 12-day “patriotic tour.” It is a smooth ride, has fantastic safety features, and gets good gas mileage. It is also very spacious for an intermediate (mid-size) SUV and it has a good-sized computer screen. I was originally offered a GMC Terrain, but I asked for a vehicle that was more comfortable for a long trip. I’m so glad that they had an Outback available and we really enjoyed our vacation. The agents with Budget and at the La Crosse airport were friendly and accommodating with me. My only complaint is not having a direct phone line to call the agents at the local airport. (It rings over to the rental car company’s call center.)”
