She answered all of my questions and explained the recommended charging protocol to extend the battery life of my phone. She was able to order a phone battery (I have an older phone, so they did not have one in stock) and she was able to install it with a very short turnaround time. She reviewed all of the functions on my phone to ensure they all were functioning properly. I will definitely be back and will refer my family and friends there. Thank you!!”
