“The Customer Service at this location is very good and faster than some places. Handicap Parking is always an issue pretty much everywhere but given the number of businesses at this location more than one spot would be helpful. Space is a problem though I get it.”
“Staff know the products and services they sell. They are professional and do everything they can, within the confines of their company policies and procedures, to help customers with their needs. Wait times can be frustrating, but in no way a reflection on the willingness of the employees to help. You could be in and out of there in 20 minutes IF nobody is in front of you in line, or, it may take 2 or more hours until staff are free to help. If there are more than two walk in customers ahead of you, be prepared to wait as getting a new phone or upgrading is not a quick process. I suppose it’s a catch 22 due to the potential of over staffing if it’s a slow day. The ability to make an appointment would be nice.”
