“Jamison was very helpful. He explained how I need to take my phone number back from my company and transfer my service from Verizon to AT&T. He was fast, polite, and respectful. At one point he was helping me and 2 other customers at the same time. He did very well with multi-tasking and no one was waiting around for forever.”

“We stopped here while waiting for eyeglasses to be finished at the nearby Eyeglass Express. Very clean store with friendly staff. We quickly found everything we needed and made it back to pick up my glasses before they closed.”

“The experience my husband and I received was so good. Great deals, streaming benefits and rewards to be honest can’t get any better. The cherry on top is we’re saving money each month too”

“I've been paying for device protection for years and now that I need to use it, they keep denying my claims. I have not been happy with the switch. I really hate that IS Cellular switched because I have had nothing but terrible experience with T Mobile and it looks like it's going to be continuous disappointment until I am able to leave this company (I'm stuck in a contract that I signed with US Cellular, at the moment). So I'm going to go back on my review. The people working in the store have gone above and beyond to fix my situation. And I have to give them credit for that. I'm still not thrilled about the switch but I will give credit where it's due and the employees have went pulling strings for me to help me out.”

“Tyler did a wonderful job helping us make informed decisions about which new IPhone and IPad to purchase to replace our old devices. We would highly recommend this Verizon store and the competent, personable, and professional personnel who work here.”

“Joan was a vibrant and beautiful human being. Her soul shone bright as a star as she went over my non contractual agreement. Her smile lit up my world as she handed me my router. I wish to place her photograph above my router, and will pray for her families well being. Thank you, Joan, for what you do in this lifetime. You have forever changed my life. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. *I left this review as sarcasm because Joan was very mean to me. I hope she is doing better now.”
