passed around 6 different times, no one wants to do anything, stuck talking to a robot. Used to receive awesome service just a few years ago. Super frustrating now.

I love ALL my US Bank branches or in store satellite branches. From Wisconsin to California I have Aways found Great service and additional help with ant questions you nay have. I think they are above average being a National Bank. JoIn today!
