“We always go thru Amy for loans. When we first got our car, we didn't know much about how the loan worked. She's very knowledgeable, listens well, she makes sure to cover every single thing we need to know about buying a car and she works as fast as she can to get paperwork done as smoothly as possible. We live in Onalaska where there is an office here too but we don't mind the extra drive to the south side because she does an amazing job. Her and Hansen are great at the La Crosse location so I highly recommend them if you're on the market for an auto loan.”
“Man, I think I've been with them since I was 16 or 18, and I'm now 37. I've left Wisconsin at 22 and have been on the coasts, overseas, and now reside in sunny Sin City Las Vegas, and they've been the best credit union and bank I've ever had!Dorothy has been there and always helped, as well as Erin who's been there for the last few years and an awesome help. I've always had a local account in addition to them, and have closed each one after a move or poor service or combination, but never LBCU. Even Navy Federal, when I was in the Navy itself, didn't hold a flame to Dorothy and Erin.There's just no one out there like them, and I've seen a bit all over. Very supportive in your needs, very communicative of what is AND what is not possible, but creating other options if you just can't fiscally go in that direction quite yet.I mean, they're just great.
