“I brought my reactive rescue boi in for his first appointment today and all the staff was just wonderful. I was a bit nervous about how he would react to being examined and to the shots but all my doubts were eased and my baby boy didn’t even notice the injections. They were also extremely informative about all the followups and other visits we may need. I will definitely be keeping my pups care here. 10/10”

“My husband and I have taken our dogs and cats to this clinic for many years. We really dont want to take them anywhere else, because we trust everyone working here from front office staff, to veterinary techs and Dr's. They all treat us and our furry kids like family. When you have concerns, they do their very best to help out at the time, and they are great at getting back to you by phone. Cost wise, I can't say much how they compare with other clinics. The most important thing to us is that our pets who we love like family, will get the best care possible. When our pets have passed on they're compassionate, caring and there to help if needed to get through a very traumatic time. We always recommend to others to at least check out the clinic/hospital and make up their own mind...”

“Yesterday, we had to say goodbye to our beloved cocker spaniel. Dr. Kindermann came in on her day off to help support us and spent ample time with us, giving us all possible treatment plans along with the pricing and probability that our pup would return to normal. She was so patient with us. Lucy's prognosis was very grim and treatment would mean prolonged suffering and a trip to Madison that was still likely to result in saying goodbye to her. When we made the decision to euthanize, we didn't want to do it right away. We wanted to give our children time to say goodbye and give our sweet girl some last cuddles and memories, so we took her home for a few hours. Because of her, we were able to spend her last day feeding her cheeseburgers, rubbing her belly, and saying goodbye. When she started to show signs of distress, Dr Kindermann was ready and we were able to take away her pain and have her go in our arms peacefully. I am so, so grateful to have found this doctor and will never take my "kids" (as she calls them!) elsewhere. She even had the foresight to make a clay imprint of her paw and name for us as a keepsake. That seems like a little thing, but it means so much to me to have this little memorial. Thank you, Dr. Kindermann. You have a very, very difficult job, but I can not imagine anyone more compassionate and kind. I am so glad that the best dog had the best vet.”
