“I was on the way back from Madison and the tire pressure light popped on,so I pulled up the pressure screen on the truck and saw the pressure had dropped to 25 from 35 psi. I made it to Sauk and got some air in it and saw the piece of metal in it. The psi was holding at 35 so I continued on my way thinking if I could make it to Hartje's I would stop and have them look at it. I made it to Hartje's at 4:52 pm on a Friday and told them what was going on. No problem I was told, and they stayed late and fixed it with smiles and no cost. Thank you to all of you at Hartje's. “I'm not sure if there are any businesses that can duplicate the amazing customer service that you'll find at Hartje's Tire and Service. For the record, I have purchased two sets of tires in the past, and their service and knowledge of all things tires is unmatched. Now, fast forward, I purchased a new car a few months ago and today I became aware of a screw in one of the tires. Because of my excellent past experience with them, I took the car to get the tire fixed. First, they don't do a basic tire fix, they do a more thorough proper fix. Second, now remember this car had new tires that came with the car so not from Hartje, and they fixed it for FREE. I can't express enough my gratitude for Connie(CEO) and the entire Hartje team for the quality work.
