“I had my Prius there for work under the hood after an accident. I was there prior to get a quote. The staff are courteous, friendly and fun to chat with, They do great work, in a good time frame and reasonable rates. I always enjoy my chats with them, esp. Brittany and the pup always greets me. I took my 'famous' cookies to them recently when I had to have the accident repair work completed. They drove me home and picked me up,,other places in the past I've had to call a cab! “These guys are excellent mechanics with your $$ in mind. They always do it right, and stand by their work. Their receptionist is Erica, and man she is on it. She can explain the mechanic lingo and is always friendly. This is a small town business that is QUALITY. We've been using them now for about five years. We don't go anywhere else now. I trust them with all of our vehicles that range from a F250 diesel to a Mini Cooper. You'll always get options and estimates and they are very easy to schedule. The only downside is that they don't have a waiting room really. You can sit and chat with Erica or the owner while the work is being done, or plan to have someone go with you to drop the vehicle. The BEST MECHANICs I've ever dealt with in my life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
“Thomas got us in quickly last minute, explained the issues at hand thoroughly with photos and a walk-through. He resolved everything we needed done as quickly as possible even though he was short-staffed. He was very communicative with my questions and follow ups, quick to call back etc. I’d highly recommend this place. Getting a sprinter van fixed is not an easy or cheap task and this saved us!”

“Well got my 2020 nissan altima from here an for the most part the guy jacob helped me figure everything out an answered most of my questions about the car altho there was a few issues it wasnt to big of a deal like there was scratches on the back area an the tail lights were marked with a white n black mark noting the mechanics seen it but we thought it was touch up paint n he didnt say anything let us think tht then wen i got home my gpa noticed the other light had the white mark we missed n told us what it meant. So jacob shuda known that n said sumthn also i kept tryn to figure the loan to value ratio of the car n it was like they kept not wanting to answer me n gave me a run around so now i know i can jus ask my bank in the future n they will know as well. So all things considered i ended up with a pretty nice car definitly will consider goin back for future car purchases.”

“Reasonably priced and does an excellent job. Phil has done the cylinder heads for my Subaru EJ25 and was able to remove a broken spark plug from a cylinder head that had head gasket failure on a 3.4 Liter for me. If I don't have the specific tools and am doing major engine work or other difficult automotive repairs, I can count on Herman's Motor Clinic to get the job done right so I can get my vehicle back up and running. Highly recommend!”

“This is my second time coming to this auto body shop and it will also be my first choice. I was hit by a deer a couple weeks before my wedding and was devastated that it wouldn’t look brand new again. I can truly say I got my car looking better then when I bought it. They went above and beyond and even cleaned the inside of my car and all the glass. As a women it is hard to find a place that I can trust and know that they won’t take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge. But I truly always feel very heard and everything is always explained to me. His attention to detail is very refreshing, and his ability to help you understand the whole process is rare these days. “My daughter's car broke down on her way to join us on Memorial Day weekend. We had it towed from the Lyndon Station to Royal first thing Sunday on a holiday weekend. Unbelievable how responsive he was on a holiday weekend and he was so honest that it was an easy inexpensive fix without seeing it myself. Our family is so grateful someone like Royal came through for us and have the car running so well and back to us by noon that Sunday.”

Jeff Robenolt enough. I had to send him my harness that was trimmed down by another company, due to it missing a couple needed connections. He sent me updates and pictures/videos throughout his quick process! I got his work back and the way the harness came back was a higher quality no doubt. I was able to put the harness back in with his directions and a quick question about my starter. Jeff was able to break things down if I didn't understand. I was having an issue with my engine, none of which was his issue. He went above and beyond helping me try to figure out what was wrong. Heres his work and a video of my car! Again thank you Jeff for being so helpful and making my project a running and tunable car! If you think a company may be cheaper take into consideration the help and quality you will get.”

They let me do a solo test drive for as long as I wanted and Oleg was straight forward with the history of the van and even provided me a carfax that showed complete history.
