“I am from out of town and I make withdraw using the atm inside buta, to get into the building even after hours you have to use your atm card in a slot before entering! I never had any issues or problems using the atm there! Go during hours and ask how to open the door using your atm card! I love this feature there wish my bank has one in my city as well smart!😉”

I felt known at this bank like I didn't even have to show ID and they remember my account number. They didn't really remember my account but it was nice for them to remember me.”

Both the customer service and the long hours were great training for my ultimate career.I became a Summit customer today at the Baraboo branch. I was wisked in quickly, got a same day meeting with Lending Advisor Schell, who walked me through all of my questions and concerns efficiently and thoroughly. The tellers I spoke with were just as helpful.I went to Summit as a colleage went through Summit's money management competition and has been complimentary. Word of mouth has consequences.Ms. Schell did not know my background. I am more critical than the average customer as a lifelong customer service worker. My experience was wonderful! I was going to the other location which was constantly a frustration for me because the customer service at that location is not good. All of the tellers seemed annoyed when I had more than 2 deposits.I realized that there was this location as well so I started going here. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I call ahead when I have multiple deposits and they always tell me to just come through the drive though, which was an issue with the other location.I can’t always make it to the bank as much as I’d like with conflicting hours. So I always feel bad when I have multiple deposits at once. Customer service here is great. If they are annoyed by my multiple deposits, it never comes across which I sincerely appreciate.At the other location I dreaded going to the bank but now all is good!Thanks!”
