“I haven't left a review yet because I wanted to take my time. And my words to be fair and genuine. During my experience in WI, I have met wonderful people, but Jim and his Wife truly stood out. They were the most relatable , understanding and supportive people I encountered. Their customer service was exactly what I needed, timely calm and beyond professional. The storage unit itself is excellent: classy stress free and secure with easy access that fit your schedule.”

“When we arrived to drop the truck off the person came out to greet us and check the vehicle in. She listened to and took note of the poor condition that I had received the truck in, broken mirror and bad windshield wipers. She provided great customer service, very concerned about safety and the customer.”
