“Wow, what a great and satisfying experience with the service team at Kunes in Lake Geneva !! My newer car,a Buick was serviced smooth and quick. 4 days later i brought in my 20 year old chrysler for repairs on the brake line and ongoing trouble with the starting system.over a few days they communicated with me thru-out the day via calls, texts and video!! took a lot of trouble-shooting on their part {non-availability of parts from Chrysler}etc.they completed All the necessary repairs expertly.I couldn't be more pleased with everything and for less money than i had anticipated!! “I was visiting Lake Geneva from the east cost and GLP automotive saved me when my car died and got me back on the road. They managed to squeeze me in day of and got me back in the road same day. It ended up just needing a battery replacement. They even gave me a loaner car for the day.

“I will be bringing my cars here from now on. Eli and Cody at the Broad st garage were tremendous!!! They were able to squeeze my car in last minute. They found multiple issues. They took pictures of said issues and sent them to me with description, what they need to do to fix and price before starting any work. They were also able to find me a loaner car so i could get to work. Prices are very reasonable and they answered all my questions very patiently. They speak to you as a guest in thier home. “I have had mixed experiences at Walmart Auto Care Centers. However, I have only had satisfactory experiences at the Lake Geneva location. Most recently, there was an issue with a TPS sensor breaking that I supplied. Instead of doubling down on repair costs or trying to skirt the cost of their mistake, employee -Gordon- went out of his way to speak directly to the general manager. He was able to resolve the issue while keeping me, the customer, in mind. He stayed calm and explained all aspects of the solution. I don’t leave reviews often. Way to go Gordon!”
