Great shop, with affordable jewelry. Owner was very helpful today on helping me with options on some of my choices and picking out something for teen daughter! I'll be back when I'm in the area!

My wife was acquainted with this store many years ago. As a husband you sit outside waiting to see the carnage on your credit card. My wife buys items everytime she goes there. Items are always great, and not over priced. I started going in with her, I found items I thought were a fit for her, she'd say yay or nay. I always manage to get her to buy more, I as a husband think the selection is GREAT!!! Then I pay for all my added ideas for her. Makes me and her feel terrific! I like being for my wife, this is the place to go. The owner is extremely interested as to what a customer is looking for. She will leave the cash register to help you find the perfect trinket to your liking! That doesn't happen to often. She is the epitamy of gracious and service. Store has been there many years with continued loyal customers. She is nice enough to promote other retailers near by. Restaurants, other jewelry stores, she loves people and Lake Geneva. If you want a casual and adoring experience, this is a place you fall in LOVE with. Remember, I'm a husband saying this! Very rare for a guy to love a women's shop. You won't be disappointed! The owner Kelly was truly amazing. On my wedding day, I had left my necklace I intended on wearing at home. We stopped in to her store between our ceremony and our dinner and she was wonderful. She noticed my naked neck and fixed it :) So impressed with her kindness that we went back the next day to do all of our Christmas shopping. An owner with true light and love for what she does.

Worst customer service ever!! The owner was down right rude to my daughter and I. I was trying on a scarf and it accidentally got tangled on my handbag. The scarf was fine nothing was damaged. She kept going on about if it was damaged she wouldn’t be able to sell it even though nothing was wrong with it. At that moment I decided that I wasn’t going to buy anything at that store and told my daughter to put her stuff back. As we were leaving the owner told me that I had an attitude. I’ve owned my own business my entire life and I would never ever treat a customer like that… ever!

Worst customer service ever!! The owner was down right rude when the fringe from a scarf accidentally got tangled on my handbag. The owner threw a fit. I was planning on buying the scarf and a few other things. I told my daughter to put away the stuff she picked out and we left. The owner told me that I had an attitude and continued to yell things at me as my daughter and I were leaving the store. I’ve owned my own business my entire life and I would never talk like that to a customer. I’ll be happy to spend my money somewhere else.

My sister in law told me about this store that has faux designer jewelry at wonderful prices. So happy I followed her advice! So many types of jewelry, also purses, sunglasses and scarves! The owner is SO nice! Will recommend to friends and family to check it out!

We visited the Lake Geneva area over a long weekend in January 2021 and really enjoyed our stay. We did some shopping near the lake. My daughter and I stopped in here because of the attractive window display. The owner greeted us, then encouraged us to remove our masks. I fully understand the predicament businesses are in with masks during a pandemic, but this made us pretty uncomfortable. Nonetheless, we are trying to support small businesses during this time. We decided to stay for a few minutes, be polite, and be on our way. We each selected a necklace, then approached the checkout area. The owner told us to take a look at the clearance area as well, so we obliged. Then she told us to take a lap around the store for a bit until she was more prepared to check us out. The shop is beautiful, but not very big and there were unmasked customers around. At this point, I debated just leaving but did not want to be rude. So, we browsed through the store for a few more minutes before we were able to check out. The owner then got upset when I paid with a $100 bill and asked if I had any smaller bills. I did not and offered to pay with my credit card instead. She sighed and said no, but this would clean her out for a while, whatever that means. I've never been made to feel guilty for paying with a large bill before, and we likely would have purchased more had we felt safer shopping for a longer period of time here. Perhaps she was having an off day, but we will likely not return. We do love our items and have worn them several times since our visit.Update: I'm actually lowering my review, based on the owner's response. #1. It's totally fine to have your own ideas or thoughts on masking, but the fact remains that there is a mask mandate in our state. If you don't agree with it or think it's political, that's fine; however, I think actively encouraging patrons to unmask is crossing a line. We visited other shops in Lake Geneva where owners and shoppers were unmasked, but nobody openly encouraged us to remove our masks or made us feel like we couldn't check out and leave when we wished. We only experienced this in your store. I would venture to guess that you have other patrons like me, who also felt uncomfortable, but kept it to themselves. Secondly, I am well aware of credit card fees. My purchase would likely have amounted to 88 cents in credit card fees, if you're using Square, which charges a 2.6% swipe fee. We will have to agree to disagree on whether it's worth upsetting paying customers over 88 cents. Credit card fees are a tax write-off and a normal cost of doing business. The solution should not be to be rude to a customer or point the finger at me for not stopping at a bank before shopping in your store.
