“When shopping at Target I couldn’t find the item I was looking for and asked for help from an employee Kevin that was stocking shelves or putting items away and was pleasantly impressed by his response and willingness to help me. He saved me time and effort by locating the items I needed with a kindness that was refreshing and helpful. He deserves recognition for his help and I hope he is appreciated by his employer. I look forward to shopping at Target knowing that I will get help if needed in a kind way, it definitely makes my life easier .”
“We needed to purchase a new TV. Juan greeted us and walked us thru and asked the important questions. Size, how much do you want to spend. He allowed us to walk around and would find us to check in or we could ask him questions. Another associate approached us and started showing us the high price TV's but when we told her our budget we never saw her again. Juan was awesome and even helped load the TV into the vehicle.”
