“Super clean and great place to get a workout in. Dante leads structured classes with a great balance of work ethic and enjoyment. I train hard to compete at various sports of golf, skiing, and triathlon and this gym suits all my needs. Plenty of room to get any workout in and my favorite part is the sense of family and community the gym has. i always feel welcome and at home when I'm there.”

“This building was we'll kept and clean! They had ample space, and brand new locker rooms. The cardio machines a re a little out dated, they don't connect to fitness watches. And they were missing a few "standard" cable machines. I did a day pass to work out with my sister. Not sure how often I'd be back at $10/day. But the facility is nice for anyone looking for a membership.”
“While I have not trained with Dean personally, I have trained and competed with many friends he has worked with who are active and successful in the Schutzhund community, many breeders and trainers themselves. None of them had anything but good to speak of Dean, his dogs, and his training methods, and I think his results and the obvious bond he has with his dogs that is present in photos and video speaks for itself. Aaron Rieger has been proven to be slandering his name and one should not take his reviews with any credence.”
“The trainer, Wade, was very supportive and helpful. The training session was well planned out and had modifications for each station, so that I could either challenge myself or have an alternate level if needed. Wade is very knowledgeable and was encouraging throughout the session. He was understanding of my own personal goals and limitations (2 knee replacements and a shoulder replacement). I feel he was able to offer me some great options for strengthening my body overall. Thank you!”
