“This is hands down the best gym in the area. The equipment is always in great condition, it’s clean, and the overall atmosphere makes it easy to stay motivated and consistent. The only thing that could really be improved is the opening process. There have been multiple times I’ve arrived right at 5 AM, and staff are just getting there, which means waiting while they complete opening duties. That cuts into my workout time, especially when I’m on a tight schedule. Maybe it’s just me being on a strict timeline, but I do think it would make a big difference if everything was fully ready to go right at opening time. Overall though, great gym—I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to work out.”

Dante truly cares about every single member of his gym and is an expert in his field. There is no other workout like it and you are done in about 45 to 50 minutes. It doesn't matter what level you are at, you will become strong physically and mentally by coming to this gym! Plus you will meet some really great people along the way!”
