“I want to tell you about 2 amazing employees at the Lake Geneva store. Ashley Francois & Chris Goetsch went above & beyond in customer service! After an issue after ordering flooring, I spoke with Ashley. When she found out about my disabled veteran husband, she made it her mission to get us approved for a program that Home Depot has for people like my husband. Both she & Chris volunteered their time and labor as well as rounding up volunteers like Derek Gerstung from Superior Custom Floor Design & Brad Augustson from Augustson Homes to replace all the flooring in our bedroom so my husband could get around easier. I am so very grateful to them all for their kindness & generosity. Thank you!!!!”
