“We needed a place to store most of our belongings while we staged our home for sale and looked for our new home. I found Alternative Storage on line and called to check pricing and availability. It turned out that they had the size unit we were looking for at their Lake Geneva location (where we wanted it to be) and they had the best prices I had found. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we set most everything up over the phone. I stopped by their Elkhorn location to sign the papers and make the initial deposit. When I arrived the staff was curteous and friendly, taking the time to explain everything to me. We were able to set up the monthly rent payments to be charged directly to my credit card so I never had to write another check the entire time we occupied the storage space. The space itself was well constructed with all concrete walls, floor, and ceiling. A large easy to use overhead door made moving in and out easy. The space was clean and dry. Access 24-hours a day was never an issue. If you need a place to store items, you cannot beat Alternative Storage for their pricing and service. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if the need ever arose. Thank you for an amazing rental experience.”

“We recently hired Mac’s Moving and Storage for our house that sold quickly!! They fit us in at the height of their busy season! This crew was top notch!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! They were the hardest working movers I have ever seen (very nice and polite also). They took amazing care with wrapping our furniture and getting it up the very many flights of stairs we had!! They are storing our furniture and moving it across the country when we need it!! We know that will go just as smoothly!! They are worth every penny for their service and hard work!!
