Very bad service, you arrive you have to sign and wait up to 40 minutes, the workers take time with a single customer, they are almost always angry to pay, they demand the owner's identification, they lack a collection machine, the Beloit branch is the best.

Worse experience with a mobile phone because it's new and no one seem to be able to help you. I regret switching from a different carrier.

I think that if someone is going to pay up front for a phone you should have them in the store.
I think management should have a suggestion box and or talk to the staff about what improvements can be made.

If you're dropping off or exchanging equipment, be prepared to wait. The mobile customers take hours to finish with. I just sat for an hour and a half just to change out a modem. It's ridiculous. Their system doesn't work correctly and the manager sits in back while the employees struggle with problems.

Yeah, maybe not have every person in the store. Signing up people for cellular plans while leaving customers sitting waiting to return equipment, which would take 5 minutes.

over an hour wait to simply pick up a new modem / router that was "waiting for me". Absolutely horrible system. 3 employees all helping people with phones which took FOREVER! Leave one line for basic stuff. A couple of poor old dudes just stuck
waiting to pay a bill. Awful. Not to mention the awful equipment that didnt work right the first time. ugh.

They provide their own equipment; which is absolute trash. My router goes off every day for no reason. It’s in a place I can’t access easily. I asked for them to change where it’s at and was told I’d be charged $65 just to do this simple thing. They’d rather give you garbage equipment; then expect you’ll keep paying for it. Well guess I’m screwed because no one else does internet service near me.
