Christopher and Alix were great to work with. After having some issues with my services and account they handled the matters with professionalism. I was impressed with their assistance and the follow up emails Christopher provided to make sure the issue I experienced was followed through with.

I ordered a new phone for my husband yesterday. We gave the woman our address 3 times and it was still sent to the wrong address. I called Spectrum and got the worst customer service imaginable. I was told there was nothing they could do to help me and I would have to place a new order. However the promotion I used is no longer running so I will have to pay more. No thanks, my husband just won’t get his Christmas gift now. Merry Christmas Spectrum! Thanks for nothing

The tech they sent out was very knowledgable, professional, and had excellent customer service skills. His name is Jason. We were considering leaving Spectrum after 30 yrs of service but after he solved our problem will be remaining a customer

Spectrum double charged me for not returning my equipment even tho I paid for it already,” and will not help. They are not a trustworthy company and have lost my business for good. Don’t do business with them if you don’t have too.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company The mobile service was terrible Customer service was even worse After trade ins and promotions etc. They owed me 201.95 I was told I had to wait until July 22nd Called on 23rd Was told I had to wait until end of the month I called today August 1st They now say they owe me nothing Most unorganized scamming company ever I would not refer them to anyone I infact tell everyone I know about the situation So that word travels
