If I could give this store negative stars I would. I showed up at around 5:30pm on a Friday and didn't leave until about 8pm. I was attempting to get an iPhone 14. The rep Fri evening, although nice, bungled a transfer to an iPhone 14 so much so that he attempted twice with two different new iPhone 14s, to no avail. I walked out of there with my old iPhone having restored its original service and still needing to wait on updates to one of the new iPhone 14s and return later for a final transfer. The only thing is - the rep promised three times that he had factory reset the failed iPhone 14 I left behind at the store - but I didn't see him do it. I went home and noticed that not one, but TWO new iPhone 14s were also linked to my Apple ID, along with my original phone I had to still use. So I went back to the store the following morning, and asked a different rep to double check that the iPhone 14 they had in their possession that I had previously signed into had been reset and erased. Sure enough, once he bypassed the hello screen, my name was there - signed on with my Apple ID to the iPhone still in the store's possession, with no password or Face ID set on that phone, so literally anyone there had access to all of my information on the planet earth, including passwords and photos. The response I got was appalling. I expressed concern about my information privacy and security, and the morning rep, Brian, raised his voice to me, and initially refused to call the store manager. He also pretended like signing out of my Apple ID on the phone in their possession was going to take care of the problem. I'm not a tech person by any means and I had to take the phone MYSELF and go into settings to erase and reset it. Brian wouldn't do it, and said it was "fixed" after signing out of my Apple ID. That was not true. Meanwhile, the store manager Gary was shaming me over the phone for seeing this as an issue, asking me, "are you accusing us of stealing your data?" I was like, "no, but I'd like to not be yelled at and I would like answers as to why I had to come in the next day and reset the phone myself after two reps failed to do so." Then I spoke to the district manager (Davione) for these Victra Verizon franchise stores who was slightly more polite but basically said it wasn't a big deal, that his reps are experienced, and invalidated me for being upset. He said he'd look into it and I haven't gotten a call back. ALWAYS GO TO A VERIZON FACTORY STORE AND NOT ONE OF THESE FRANCHISES. It was an appalling odyssey that I did not need. I had to change all of my passwords on every website I've ever visited which was not fun. And I still feel weird about the whole thing. Super sketchy. Why would they say they've factory reset my phone and... didn't ... twice - with two different reps?

Alex was unbelievable. He was the only staff member in the store and was handling numerous customers in such a professional and calming demeanor. He handled the process with our new phones flawlessly. Would highly recommend seeing Alex with any Verizon needs. Was such a pleasure working with him.

When I came into purchase an iPad, I was happy to recognize Alex from a previous store. This man exudes customer service. He was friendly with everyone waiting while he was the only staff member there for a bit. I’m glad I came across Alex again! I trust him and that means a lot to me!

I went there to replace a battery. The gentleman was helping another guy and I told him what I came for he said let me see if you can upgrade but I said no just replace the battery. He said ok I will work on soon and I sat there for 30 mins.Then the gentleman said (after 30 mins sitting there) we don’t replace batteries. Well why didn’t you tell me that 30 mins ago. Instead he kept trying upgrade my phone. After a fewMins said be only $2.55 difference on my bill that is all. Well before I know it I was being charged for a $40 processing fee not told until the end.There are no prices on anything just kept adding stuff until the end when I checked out I was shocked on how I owed over $200 and no prices were discussed outside of the upgrade on the phone. Place is a trap.

I want to compliment Gary Hallesy at the Lake Geneva Verizon store. I had a situation that was extremely convoluted and too long too explain and Gary went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He spent several hours on two different days to insure I was able to get my replacement phone. This entailed calling several customer service numbers at Verizon and at Samsung and also calling the original store I purchased the phone at. His knowledge of my device and all the factors that rectified my situation was amazing. I would go out of my way to go to this store just to have Gary assist me with new purchases or problems. Thanks again Gary!
