She listened and didn't shut me down. She opened doors and provided solutions to get me towed and into the shop. Carleton, the shop boss, was friendly enough and really enjoyed the extra attention I gave him.The facility is conveniently located near a truck stop and a hotel just steps away. Don't expect much from the hotel, but if you need an overnight it's good for a shower and a bed.Real folks that actually care about helping to keep us drivers rolling and safe.
