“I bought a used kayak from here and Andy was great! He showed me some comparables and made sure I was comfortable. I really felt I got a fair deal compared with what I’ve been looking at on-line for the last few months, which for a tourist destination, was unexpected. In addition, he set me up with foam pads and straps and helped me load up. Then just as we were about to head out we realized we had forgotten paddles and life jackets for our adventure and Andy just lent them to us for the weekend! What a great guy. It is great to see a hometown guy doing well and Andy obviously knows how to treat his customers!”
“If you love fishing, this is the place for you. They have everything you could possibly need from mid range price products to the high-end products they got you covered.”
“Shopping at Ross' is always a great experience. The store is stocked with high quality merchandise, and the staff is professional and super friendly. Bill Ross is usually attending the desk and making sure the store is top notch.”
“I have purchased multiple times from the Musky Shop over the past few years for pike fishing. I have never had a bad experience. This past time UPS messed up shipping, John went above and beyond to enable me to pick up my lures directly from a UPS distribution center on my way up for my first time muskie fishing. I caught my first muskie on one of the Spanky baits I purchased! I would not have been successful without John. Thank you!”
“We just purchased our 2nd new boat from Germaine Marine and had an excellent experience working with Cade. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful—never pushy, just focused on making sure we found the right boat for our families needs. He took the time to answer all our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
If you’re in the market for a boat, I highly recommend asking for Cade at Germaine Marine. Top-notch service and a great buying experience all around!”
