“Did the service in one business day despite it being a lot of work. Posted photos of the issues for me to see, called when an issue arose.
In the past if they got something wrong (and you already payed) they would do the other repair for free.
Knocked a star off because they forgot to take off a charge but refunded me promptly. So a convince star off.”

Casaloma Discount Tire quoted $320 (extremely high), Calumet Discount Tire quoted $179, Matthew’s didn’t call us back.”

Long; I had a walk-in on a Friday for a special but fairly common maintenance item. Quick suspension bushing press in job. They fit me in same day which helped my situation. I was asked for any specific requests or considerations with it. Given the cost and rarity of what I entrusted them with, I greatly appreciate that. Pricing was extremely competitive compared to the big chain service centers. With my limited experience (but hopefully more in the future) I’m glad they’re a part of the local community!
