“Another excellent tire swapping experience. The fact that they store tires for a small fee, makes the process of staying safer with Dedicated snow tires during the winter a simple reality. A simple 1 hour appointment in October or November and you can improve your stopping distance on the slick winter roads. Another 2 hour stop around March to switch your tires back to your all season tires so you don't ruin your softer winter tires during the warm weather. The employees at Matthew's are also very friendly, they take appointments and are very prompt. Highly recommend Matthew's for your tire needs.”

“Dealership had check wheel bearings. Had a humming noise I believed to be wheel bearings. Told me it was my steering rail and not the wheel bearings and said wheel bearings were not loose. Steering rails don't hum with speed. Brought truck to DC Auto and verified that indeed 1 front wheel bearing was loose and the other was just loud. Mechanics at dealerships just trained to plug into the computer to troubleshoot. Mechanics at DC Auto actually do mechanic work and look at the mechanics of the vehicle.”

A local competitor claimed I needed to replace all 4 tires because my car is all wheel drive and there can only be a tolerance of 3/32’s of an inch between tires or the all wheel drive won’t work. “I have been a long time customer of Bergstrom’s Service Department. I always am treated with kindness and respect from the moment I enter the big glass shop doors by the first available service writer and if my service writer Dan Tibbits is available he comes out to greet me and take over.I can not say enough about Dan! Dan is kind and compassionate, he is empathetic and encouraging. Dan knows his business and is able to follow through on all of his promises from estimated time on repairs, to getting a loaner as there are times that something else turns up after they dig into the issue that originally was diagnosed.I always request the same mechanic and schedule with him, his name is Grant. Grant is an absolute hero! He keeps my old girl running even when I have lost all hope. The truck is alway cleaner inside when I brought it it as Grant takes the time to wipe down everywhere he touches. I was in for an exhaust replacement last week and as I was I the waiting room I received a text from Dan with Grant showing me the work that was completed. It was perfect.
