“Shawn is about the best you will ever find. He is a square dealer and charges an honest dollar for honest work. You can expect him to call you with authorization requests for undiscovered work. I ONLY take my vehicles to him. (Okay, one exception....I took the A/C job elsewhere at HIS advice) He's been here about 15 years now and if you look at the place, the number of job's he has cued up tells the story. People like him. No Key Drop Here. You need his agreement that he will accept the job. Friendly. Wise. Competent. Honest.”

“Ben and his team were the best! Three hours into our summer vacation, we started having issues with our engine and we still had 4 more hours to go. Called several car dealerships in the area and all were too busy to work on the car. Called Ben and he was swamped too, but after talking through the issues, and given our situation, he agreed to help us out. Ben ordered the parts and had them there before we even got to his shop. He even gave us a loaner to go to McDonald’s with the 3 kids while they worked on the car. And ONLY TWO hours later the car was fixed!! AMAZING!! !! Ben and his team saved our summer vacation! “This place saved me lots of money. I had brought my vehicle in for it's last free oil change from the dealership I bought it from and they discovered a screw in 1 tire. Right away they said I needed 4 new tires. I panicked! It was around Christmas time and there was no way I could afford it. Once my oil change was done, I called this place. They almost immediately got me in. They pulled a very small screw out and informed me that it didn't even puncture my tire. God bless this shop! When I do need new tires on my Audi, I'm coming to you! Very trustworthy people! Highly recommend. I can't thank you enough but thank you again.”

“I called with an emergency problem with my '16 Ford Fusion on a Saturday morning. I was able to get my car in that day and by the following Friday my car was ready to be picked up and is 100% back to it's normal operating condition. Rob was super friendly and accommodating as well as calling with updates throughout the service process! (WOW, that never happens) Be prepared to use debit if you can though, as with other dealerships I've been to they charge you a 3% fee if you want to use a credit card. It added an extra $40+ to my bill to use my credit card. Something I hope their corporate managers are able to change with their creditors. Definitely not holding it against them though.”

“I called yesterday because one of my air conditioners stopped working. I brought it in this morning and he called at noon tellinge it was done. It needed a new fan. Joe is very reasonable. He is my new "go to" guy when we're here in Wisconsin. He is totally unlike "the largest RV dealer in Wisconsin", who still has not returned my calls.”
