“Definitely deserving of a 5+ star rating, I needed to PCS to Norfolk VA and be there by Monday starting on Friday, Aaron and the guys went above and beyond to fix my muffler, and fix my O2 sensor. The process started on Wednesday and I picked it up Friday, when my car came up with more issues after getting on it after about 3000 rpms or 70mph my car went into limp mode, I quickly called the shop to see if they could help me out one last time and they did so happily staying 4.5 hours after close just to make sure I could safely PCS.

“I was driving up to Door County, about an hour from my destination, and I heard an awful scraping sound from my car. Unbeknownst to me, a plastic piece which protects my car’s undercarriage had loosened due to a previous impact. Huron Automotive was the closest repair shop. They fixed it FOR FREE in about 15 minutes!!”
“10/10 for DeJardin. Abby is wonderful and Rob is wonderful. I came to them as a fourth shop when my car “didn’t need the sway bar replaced” and tried to sell me TIRES. They replaced it for me, were open and communicative, and friendly and relatable. They’re honest, humble, and thorough. They don’t bs you and they don’t treat you like a “dumb girl” like other shops in the area do.

“Take five was fast and professional. And they found a recall on my vehicle that I never received from the dealer. So while getting my oil changed I called the dealer and made an appointment for the recall. They also checked on some maintenance items that I typically would not do myself and performed those diligently and at a reasonable price. They were not pushy on those items that I typically do myself such as air filters and wipers but they did provide recommendations”

“My tire was going flat so I assumed I picked up a nail in the tire. I drove into the garage which I always use and believe it or not they were able to get me in in five minutes. They had a bunch of appointments later in the day, but at that particular time, I was lucky. They solved my issue in 15 minutes.
Very professional garage with very, very nice people working for the garage. Receptionist and planner of appointments is one of the nicest people and one of the most interesting people I’ve met. I recommend the garage highly.”

“I took my Subaru in because the a c wasn’t working. I along with a friend who is a former mechanic looked at it and knew the compressor wasn’t working. I let Taylor know that. He analyzed the issue exactly correctly and also did the additional work that my mechanic friend said should be done. Taylor was efficient. He saved me money by getting an aftermarket part and his labor time was less than the dealer which gives you less cost.
I will be bringing my cars in to Taylor in the future.
