“My husband and I regularly shop at Van Meter Meats in Luck, and it has become one of our favorite places to stop for high-quality meats. We usually go there for their amazing brats, which are always a hit at home.

For Valentine’s Day this year we decided to try their steak and lobster special, and it made for the most blissful Valentine’s meal. The quality was outstanding and everything tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful.

It’s such a great local shop with excellent products, and you can really tell they care about quality. We will absolutely keep coming back — highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area!”

“A must for everyone. I was exposed to their bacon years ago. I live in NE TX and every time I visit I bring back nothing less than 30lbs of bacon. Family goes ATV riding in CO and AR, Galveston, South Padre Island and elsewhere. Dad shares his bacon and if you are not there you get none. Now, cottage bacon, steaks, ham are other items you still can't go wrong with. Wish I lived closer. Thanks to the team there! Keep it up.”
