“I recently had half of a cow butchered there and when I got home and put all the meat away I realized that we were missing our tenderloin steaks. I called Otto’s numerous time and they always said they would call me back and they never did. I always had to call for the update. I even went back through all the meat and called them with the exact count of everything that I received. They did say the cutting sheet should have had tenderloins and were going to look into it some more to figure out what happened. I called back again a few more times to get an update and I always got the answer of someone will call me later today for sure. I have yet to get a call back so I decided to leave a review instead.Update from by review above. I did get a call back from Otto's now and they did make everything right. Andy even drove all the way to my house on a Friday night at 6:45 just to deliver it to me. Thank you for the extra touch. It was appreciated.”
“Always friendly people. Great selection of brats! Very good beef jerky and sticks. The hotdogs are very good! The campfire wieners are a little hard to bite but great over a campfire. Take the time and stop in. Trust me, you're going to be happy you did.”
