When I moved into my new apartment the internet was consistently running at 11Mbps even though I was paying for 250. I reached out and they had come to fix the wiring the next day! Great customer service!

total joke of a company. Paying extra for "upgraded" service is pointless. Service cuts out multiple times a day making working from home a nightmare. Streaming any entertainment is hit or miss, depending of if it decides to work or not.

Horrible service and price is a rip off. They don’t understand you need to spend money to make money. They refuse to update wiring in my building, and can only offer speeds up to 100MBS, which is a joke in 2021.
