Despite having an old router, Travis got my apartment up and running in 15 minutes, and even provided recommendations for new equipment (which I took him up on) to have a better experience. She typically feels best when I can be there to make sure she understands everything and isn't taken advantage of. We had a wonderful experience with Deion, so I wanted to be sure to shout him out. He was extremely patient and kind, never condescending, and thorough without being pushy or overly upselling. He was very helpful and genuine, and didn't make us feel rushed. The first time I arrived at the store yesterday, another rep was helping me. He was the worst. He was a complete jerk. You could tell he didn't want to be at work- but that's not the Customers fault.
I left pissed. I went to find a phone to start my insurance claim and came back to the store desperately, because in the Medical Field and being on call you need a PHONE! This is when SETH, MAUVE and EMILIANO STEPPED IN. They were calm, as I was a mess. Seth had so many good ideas to get me up and running again. I cant thank you enough you three, for going above and beyond to help me in my panic moment. I hope this reaches your Manager.

We needed to replace a broken cell phone and talk about bill adjustments, trade in, service, etc. Our salesperson Taylor was over the top fantastic!She spent as much time as we needed. Figured out which scenario worked best for us! Explained how the new Verizon home Internet works and where it works. Not in Madison yet! She was great! Saved us money on future bills and got us some credits on services that we were still paying on that the Monona Location said they had taken care of! Awesome service!I cannot recommend this location any higher!”

“While the check-in process could be a little more clear at the entrance, I was in/ out of the store in about 30 minutes or so. The wait time was completely reasonable as there were three agents working. At first, I was a little hesitant to sign up for the streaming service that brought me in ,but Kevin remained patient, answered all my questions, and in the end put on a nice presentation. I’d go back and see him again for the mobile service which he was not at all pushy about upselling! Well done! It’s really simple, don’t be a goober and these folks will be nice to you back. It’s very possible that this store is busy on the weekends so plan ahead.”

“I used TDS for 2 years without any major issues with my internet connection. When I moved I contacted them to disconnect my service, and despite being told it had been disconnected, I was still billed for 2 more months even though I had already sent the equipment back. TDS's customer service phone line is a nightmare, you will spend hours on hold and things will still be messed up. After leaving a review on here stating my discontent with the situation, I was contacted again by a representative of TDS, who was able to give me some actual answers as to how my billing had been messed up, and they credited back the money I had paid for the time I did not have service. I appreciate them reaching out and making things right, and hope they find some way to improve their customer service line so they don't keep driving away customers.”
