“I think I've been using Supranet for close to two decades, now. Possibly longer. Supranet powers the DorkTower.com website, and takes care of all of my business needs. The folks there are great to work with, so I also use them for my family's personal account. Wonderful people, knowledgable and friendly. Excellent response times those few times I've needed help. Also: community-minded. Supranet is a very strong supporter of local arts groups, as well as other charities. Could not recommend more highly.”

He assisted me in making the change from ResTech TV service to Directv and answered all of my questions, making me feel comfortable no matter what I asked. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to find answers if they were not readily available. He checked to make sure I was getting the best prices on the components in the package I decided upon. He is super personable and friendly. I just felt so good working with him and I knew he was doing his best to make me informed and feel positive about the change. I wish all Customer Service Representatives were as capable and enjoyable to deal with as he is.”

“We were referred to this location from the Monona store. Thank God! Monona store is terrible. We needed to replace a broken cell phone and talk about bill adjustments, trade in, service, etc. Our salesperson Taylor was over the top fantastic!She spent as much time as we needed. Figured out which scenario worked best for us! Explained how the new Verizon home Internet works and where it works. Not in Madison yet! She was great! Saved us money on future bills and got us some credits on services that we were still paying on that the Monona Location said they had taken care of! Awesome service!I cannot recommend this location any higher!”
“I went to the T Mobile store on university ave after initially visiting the west towne mall location to upgrade my phone. While at West towne I was given conflicting information on the cost and process for the upgrade. After a while of discussion I was finally able to get my phone upgraded. All my stuff (apps, pictures and messages) was transferred to the new phone. I was sent home with the new phone and told everything was good to go. I make it all the way home only to find out that everything wasn't good to go. I wasn't able to use the phone to make actual calls (the whole point of needing the phone upgraded). I attempted to call the west towne location 3 time to see about trying to remedy the problem, I called over and over but the phone was never answered. I reached out to the university ave. location and was told to come in so we could work on figuring out where the west towne location messed up. Once I arrived at the university ave. location I was promptly greeted by Yona. Yona helped me to actually get the phone service transferred to the new phone. Yona was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning to the university ave location from now on.

“All internet companies are a pain. But every technician I met associated with TDS was super helpful and always gave me tidbits on ways to improve Internet coverage in my home without selling me TDS products. Company probably hates that, but I as the consumer appreciated it. All of the other providers leave wires exposed on the exterior of the house and install their box as quick and easy as possible. TDS has all of their wires in metal conduit and they caulked any holes they drilled into the house. Standard you would think, but not something Spectrum did when they installed Internet to my house! If you have to deal with a provider, you might as well deal with TDS”
“We were a little hesitant due to the poor reviews the store had, but we received excellent service from Aaron and the manager, Colton. They were both patient and provided thorough details about the internet and phone plans.
I can’t speak for the other staff, but we really appreciated Aaron and Colton’s help and would highly recommend them!”
