The staff is wonderful and friendly, always makes sure you are comfortable and content. The group strives to prevent and alleviate human suffering in emergencies by empowering volunteers and being a generous donor. For platelet donation there are Netflix movies to keep you entertained and you sit in a chair for about 3 hours. It is a great place, a habit to make because there is always a need and everyone encourage donate.
