America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses provides eye exams and eyewear with a focus on customer service. The experience can have a rocky start, but many customers are happy in the end, giving a five-star rating after concerns are addressed. The staff is consistently described as helpful, amazing, kind, attentive, professional, and wonderful, providing truly exceptional customer service. Specific employees are frequently praised for their fantastic and amazing work.
The business utilizes tele-health appointments with a remote doctor, which some find a little weird at first. However, many become comfortable, finding the process smooth, professional, and just as effective as an in-person visit. The on-site technicians are noted for knowing what they are doing to assist the doctor. Some feedback suggests patients should be clearly told they are scheduled for a tele-health appointment beforehand. A corporate customer service email address is reported to not receive responses, so it is better to go straight to the location.
Customers report great experiences purchasing glasses, including fun Pair Eyewear frames. The team ensures glasses are correct and fit appropriately, and provides excellent service with fitting adjustments. The location earns strong recommendations for its attentive and professional service throughout the whole process.
Grace helped me with my glasses and went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct. She is super nice and helpful and deserves a raise.

Dr.Helmold did a great job, I told her my concerns about my prescription and she zeroed in and figured out it was too strong. She did it quick too. Then in the front Jason took excellent care of me. He knows his products.
