“I have visited other Air B & B's that other people booked and wasn't that imprssed. I was pleasantly surprised with Countryside. The unit was very spacious, meticulasly clean and very comfy. We had the two beddroom unit with full kitchen, dining and livingroom. The exercise room as well as the workstation room were well supplied with the equipment needed at each. All in all, I will stay there again without hesitation. Loved it!”
“I just leased an apartment at the Hub and Cooper (Kovac) was extremely helpful in setting it up. He patiently answered all my questions, responded very quickly, and really made it a pleasant experience. I can't wait to move into the Hub!”
“I can not say enough amazing things about this apartment! We truly miss living there. It is so clean and very well kept. Ziggy is always on top of maintenance issues and is very helpful. Maddy and Mark were amazing and truly care about the Longfellow community. The regular community events were another great bonus. It is a WONDERFUL apartment complex and very dog friendly.”
“I have a newly renovated apartment and it is fabulous. I like the location and my neighbors are respectful. I am happy with my time here at Meadowbrook Apartments. I would say that may only concern is the speed of maintenance repairs and clear communication. They are not the fastest at repairing and some information was not communicated very well.”

“Overall, I have enjoyed living with CHT! The apartments are nicely sized with big balconies (ours has a view of the lake which is a plus). The apartment grounds are kept clean. The price is unbeatable for the location, it’s a short walk to everything. The maintenance team is so so quick with requests, they come a few hours after a request and are usually there by the next day. The people in the office are always friendly when I’m grabbing a package. Lastly, the only thing that kept it from 5 stars is the parking. I had parking with them, but sometimes there would be random people parking in the lot, leaving no parking for my car. During late nights or weekends when the office was closed, it was a pain. This only happened a handful of times thankfully. Overall, I would live with CHT again and I recommend living at the roundhouse!”
“I had a wonderful tour of this building! The location is perfect and the staff is all very nice. They went above and beyond to answer my questions. I look forward to moving in at the end of the year.”

“It’s always a pleasure to service the Lark at Randall Community.
The Staff is super enthusiastic and very engaging.
The Property is truly one of Madison’s Premier Student Housing Communities”
“Isaac made everything extremely easy, streamlined, and simple. These guys really care about your experience and aren't out to gouge you for another buck. Extremely professional and understanding people. The facility is lovely, very clean, and the atmosphere seems very peaceful. Underground parking is also an extremely nice touch!Thank you guys for everything so far!”
“Good location (near Elver park, Woodman’s, the library) and nice layout for a lofted 1 bedroom, although it would be nice to have more storage space. I personally found the rent fair for the square footage (~1350/mo). I liked the sunlight, the view from my balcony, and my neighbors. Good & responsive management who were always happy to help. Facilities team was also very helpful & fixed most of my reported issues within a day or two. Really enjoyed living here!”
“I never thought I'd live in such a nice place! It is so quiet here, maintenance requests are handled very quickly and they make sure they've handled things to our satisfaction. Sidewalks & driveways have been shoveled & plowed well before we leave for work. In the summer & fall, the lawns were beautiful! All of this is new to us after our last place. This is a friendly, safe community and the management team is amazing. I don't ever want to leave! The ONLY drawback is that we're on the 2nd floor and as we get older the stairs take more effort. But with this view, 2 balconies, and peace & security I don't care if I have to crawl up the stairs when I'm 80. Absolutely love this place and feel fortunate to live here!”
“I have been living at The Meadows Apartment complex in Madison, Wisconsin for the past year, and it has been an outstanding experience. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the beautiful landscaping and well-maintained grounds. The complex is nestled in a serene environment, providing a perfect blend of city convenience and suburban tranquility.
The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I particularly appreciate the large windows that let in plenty of natural light and the efficient layout that maximizes space.
One of the standout features of The Meadows is the exceptional management and maintenance team. They are incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional. Any maintenance requests I've had were addressed promptly, often within the same day. The management team regularly organizes community events, fostering a strong sense of community among residents.
Amenities at The Meadows are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped, the pool area is always clean and inviting, and the clubhouse is a great space for gatherings. Additionally, the location is ideal—close to shopping centers, restaurants, and parks, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful living environment.
Parking is ample, and I have never had an issue finding a spot close to my building. The complex also feels very safe, with good lighting and secure entryways.
Overall, living at The Meadows has been a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and community-oriented place to call home in Madison, Wisconsin.”
“This place has really improved over the past 10 years. We are on our fourth manager now since I've been here and she is wonderful. The first three managers were something awful. They were the least professional people I had ever dealt with in my entire life. I am not going to go into details because I wouldn't know where to start but they were just awful. The first one was Ann and she was awful and I didn't think anybody could get any worse. Then came Molly who was 10 times worse than Ann. And then came Julia who was worse than Ann but not nearly as bad as molly. Now we finally have a professional competent manager named Meredith. We have also had several other unprofessional incompetent staff over the years. And I am not very picky and do not hold staff to an extremely high standard in order to be pleased. I like to believe that I'm reasonable. Before I moved into this apartment complex at the age of 39 I had lived in about 10 other apartments in my life and I can only think of one other manager prior to this that I ever had an issue with. And he was nothing compared to the bad managers here. My friend's sister made a succinct comment about why this is. She was an attorney for HUD in DC and she told me that people who were well qualified to work in apartment complexes aren't lined up around the block to work at a hud building. In general they take what they can get but occasionally you find diamonds in the rough. Well we have one now with Meredith the manager and Nikki the service coordinator. Most of the difficult tenants are now gone. We do have a couple of elderly people that are extreme busy bodies. There's maybe about 10 people here that I don't particularly like but they're very easy to avoid. The location location is what's best about this place. I am very happy”
“I’m a six year resident moving into a house on the near west side and cannot say enough great things about this apartment complex! The staff are so friendly, personable, and down to earth you sometimes forget you’re a paying resident. Service requests are for the most part promptly addressed. The facility itself is top-notch in terms of location, quality, and amenities. From my unit on the 12th floor, there are views of both lakes. The east side units overlook Breese Stevens, or you can catch a view of if from the terrace. Rec room, fitness center, rooftop garden, and a grocery store within the building make it an all-inclusive residence. Pets are allowed, though you should check the website for permitted breeds. You can live comfortably in this complex without having to leave the facility.Anyone looking for a shortened lease (6 months) can enjoy a trial run of this prime downtown property. Ask for apartment 1200 when contacting the leasing office-you won’t be disappointed!”

“We started renting in Nov. typically a difficult time to find a place. This company got us a quick showing and very quick turn around on signing. I was also very impressed with the response to my concerns regarding the lack of enough free parking during holiday/winter when parking further away can be more dangerous for slips and falls. They very quickly helped me get a spot in the toasty garage.”
“I’ve lived at the Embassy for a little over a year and it’s been a great place to live. Staff are friendly especially Paige and Mitch, maintenance is always ready and able and takes care of any concerns quickly, amenities are great, prices are the lowest you can find. It’s a great value, if you’re a student who’s trying to find a better place than the dorms to live this is the spot. It's downtown right next to campus, so the location is perfect!”
“I know people who have a good experience rarely leave reviews, so I wanted to take some time to write up our experience. We live in the lower tower, have been here for 4 years. We’re really going to miss this place when we leave. The staff is always responsive, the floor to ceiling windows are well insulated from sound and weather. The gym is super nice (saved ~$100 right there). Maintenance is always quick. We did get our two wheeler stolen from the garage but the MPM team was very cooperative and got us the video which helped get our insurance pay out. List goes on - very positive stay, will pick this place over any other in the city any day. Plus, you CANNOT beat all the neighborhood businesses right at your doorstep including a giant grocery store, dentist’s office, restaurants etc.Huge shoutout to the staff - some small and big things they do that we’re appreciative of:1. After all the thefts in the city they created a special locked room for bikes.2. They organize community events and drive awareness through monthly flyers in the elevators, for example - small things. They could easily not do these.3. Hallways are consistently cleaned.4. Gym is cleaned every day at the same time. Without fail.5. AC filters are cleaned on a frequency.6. Staff sends out emails and are very communicative, as well as quick to respond to disruptions to ensure everyone has a good experience.”
“Brendan was extremely helpful and professional from the application process to the lease. He was very flexible and always quick to respond to our questions! Thank you!”
“It’s my 2nd year living here and the facilities and staff are so amazing! Super close to my classes and state street, and maintenance is always on top of things. Definitely the best place to live on campus in Madison, and the RA program is really cool as well.”
