“After nearly a month of bouncing between motel rooms and borrowed beds during my husband's extended hospitalization, it was a blessing to move into a one bedroom apartment at Countryside. The location made it easy to commute to the hospital and I felt safe walking in the neighborhood. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the maid service an absolute luxury. Connie is so helpful and was very understanding of our situation with the uncertainty of when we could return home. We hope my husband never needs to be hospitalized for 3 months again, but if we do, Countryside will be the first place we go for housing.
Thank you, Connie, for helping us through a very difficult time in our lives. God bless you!”
“I just leased an apartment at the Hub and Cooper (Kovac) was extremely helpful in setting it up. He patiently answered all my questions, responded very quickly, and really made it a pleasant experience. I can't wait to move into the Hub!”
“I can not say enough amazing things about this apartment! We truly miss living there. It is so clean and very well kept. Ziggy is always on top of maintenance issues and is very helpful. Maddy and Mark were amazing and truly care about the Longfellow community. The regular community events were another great bonus. It is a WONDERFUL apartment complex and very dog friendly.”
“I have a newly renovated apartment and it is fabulous. I like the location and my neighbors are respectful. I am happy with my time here at Meadowbrook Apartments. I would say that may only concern is the speed of maintenance repairs and clear communication. They are not the fastest at repairing and some information was not communicated very well.”
“I have lived in the meadows apartments off and on with my family since I was 7 years old. Now.. I'm 47 (old dad) and my son is 5 and we live here together. The meadows has been great to me for many years and always my first suggestion whenever anyone ask me about affordable places in madison. And... My family, friends & people I've talked to from the madison area often feel the same way.
Ps. The maintenance team is the best I've ever seen and they are always on site working hard cleaning, fixing, and helping people with any maintenance issues. And like everyone else says... Sharon in the office is absolutely the best!
Thanks everyone,
Shane”
“I love it here! Although rent is rather obscene like anywhere else in Madison, our experience with CHT has been great. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests, transparent about issues, and straightforward when it comes to rent.”
“I had a wonderful tour of this building! The location is perfect and the staff is all very nice. They went above and beyond to answer my questions. I look forward to moving in at the end of the year.”

“Isaac made everything extremely easy, streamlined, and simple. These guys really care about your experience and aren't out to gouge you for another buck. Extremely professional and understanding people. The facility is lovely, very clean, and the atmosphere seems very peaceful. Underground parking is also an extremely nice touch!Thank you guys for everything so far!”
“It’s always a pleasure to service the Lark at Randall Community.
The Staff is super enthusiastic and very engaging.
The Property is truly one of Madison’s Premier Student Housing Communities”
“I have lived here for 4 and a half years and couldn't be happier! It is a pet friendly community and they include cats in their fun activities. It is quiet and safe and the maintenance team and office staff work really hard to help, to communicate, and to make sure they know the residents and they're working with them. You know that you're maintenance will always be resolved quickly and that the office staff is there to help. I highly recommend as it's affordable and safe and one of the best places to live in Madison!”
“Good location (near Elver park, Woodman’s, the library) and nice layout for a lofted 1 bedroom, although it would be nice to have more storage space. I personally found the rent fair for the square footage (~1350/mo). I liked the sunlight, the view from my balcony, and my neighbors. Good & responsive management who were always happy to help. Facilities team was also very helpful & fixed most of my reported issues within a day or two. Really enjoyed living here!”

“The tour I did was amazing with Diana. She has only been employed with the property for a short time as a leasing agent. She has learned her job very well, she is very informative, FRIENDLY and personable. Take your tour with her you won't regret it!”
“I lived here from 2023 to 2025 and truly enjoyed my time. I actually lived in two different units (one facing E Washington and the other facing N Paterson) and both were great. The apartments are well built, and I rarely had issues with noise, which had been a problem at nearly every place I’d rented before.
Management was responsive and extremely helpful. They answered all my many emails and calls and were always able to assist with anything I needed. Special thank you to Bryce P. and Lisa for making the experience even better.
Some nice bonuses: living above Festival meant groceries were always just a few steps away. I also got to enjoy the free Breese Stevens concerts. I really appreciated the donation room as well, it made it easy to get rid of things I no longer needed and pick up a few items that fit perfectly in my apartment.”
“This place has really improved over the past 10 years. We are on our fourth manager now since I've been here and she is wonderful. The first three managers were something awful. They were the least professional people I had ever dealt with in my entire life. I am not going to go into details because I wouldn't know where to start but they were just awful. The first one was Ann and she was awful and I didn't think anybody could get any worse. Then came Molly who was 10 times worse than Ann. And then came Julia who was worse than Ann but not nearly as bad as molly. Now we finally have a professional competent manager named Meredith. We have also had several other unprofessional incompetent staff over the years. And I am not very picky and do not hold staff to an extremely high standard in order to be pleased. I like to believe that I'm reasonable. Before I moved into this apartment complex at the age of 39 I had lived in about 10 other apartments in my life and I can only think of one other manager prior to this that I ever had an issue with. And he was nothing compared to the bad managers here. My friend's sister made a succinct comment about why this is. She was an attorney for HUD in DC and she told me that people who were well qualified to work in apartment complexes aren't lined up around the block to work at a hud building. In general they take what they can get but occasionally you find diamonds in the rough. Well we have one now with Meredith the manager and Nikki the service coordinator. Most of the difficult tenants are now gone. We do have a couple of elderly people that are extreme busy bodies. There's maybe about 10 people here that I don't particularly like but they're very easy to avoid. The location location is what's best about this place. I am very happy”
“I’ve lived at the Embassy for a little over a year and it’s been a great place to live. Staff are friendly especially Paige and Mitch, maintenance is always ready and able and takes care of any concerns quickly, amenities are great, prices are the lowest you can find. It’s a great value, if you’re a student who’s trying to find a better place than the dorms to live this is the spot. It's downtown right next to campus, so the location is perfect!”
“I know people who have a good experience rarely leave reviews, so I wanted to take some time to write up our experience. We live in the lower tower, have been here for 4 years. We’re really going to miss this place when we leave. The staff is always responsive, the floor to ceiling windows are well insulated from sound and weather. The gym is super nice (saved ~$100 right there). Maintenance is always quick. We did get our two wheeler stolen from the garage but the MPM team was very cooperative and got us the video which helped get our insurance pay out. List goes on - very positive stay, will pick this place over any other in the city any day. Plus, you CANNOT beat all the neighborhood businesses right at your doorstep including a giant grocery store, dentist’s office, restaurants etc.Huge shoutout to the staff - some small and big things they do that we’re appreciative of:1. After all the thefts in the city they created a special locked room for bikes.2. They organize community events and drive awareness through monthly flyers in the elevators, for example - small things. They could easily not do these.3. Hallways are consistently cleaned.4. Gym is cleaned every day at the same time. Without fail.5. AC filters are cleaned on a frequency.6. Staff sends out emails and are very communicative, as well as quick to respond to disruptions to ensure everyone has a good experience.”
“Brendan was extremely helpful and professional from the application process to the lease. He was very flexible and always quick to respond to our questions! Thank you!”
“I loved living at the Lucky. The location was perfect for my navigating the University of Wisconsin-Madison for the last 2.5 years. I appreciated the warm hospitality of many members of the staff. Special shout outs to Andrew S, Peter, Erin, Chris, Serenity and Casey and Morgan for making my stay here pleasant and without problems. The maintenance staff always responded to my requests in a timely fashion and resolved the issue. If I ever needed a package picked up, someone at the Lucky took care of it and stored it in the mail room. I really enjoyed making use of the the indoor parking lot and the Fresh Market next to the Lucky. I recommend living here if you value convenience, friendly staff and good quality. I also appreciated how clean it was and thank the staff for attending to that every day. Love the Lucky!”
