Actual internet service is okay, with some regular, uncompensated outages (unless you want to waste time and your mind on hold to complain). We experienced a messy installation process with contractors clearly under pressure for speed, not quality and leaving your yard as it was. I can't stand the sales pitches every time I need to talk to them about changing/repairing service.

Service constantly drops in and out. My parents have AT&T and when my son stays there his Wi-Fi monitor repeatedly stops working because the internet isn’t connected. We have spectrum and that almost never happens at our house.

I experienced an outage and they told me they’ll send a technician fee days later! I work remotely, not acceptable!!

I agreed to have AT&T Internet service installed in my home after talking to a very courteous AT&T person on the telephone who assured me that the fiber optic cable they would use would be installed underground and that all fiber optic cable had to be installed underground.Upon the service person arriving to install the Internet service, I was told that the fiber optic cable would not be installed underground even though all other wiring to my home is underground.Disappointed but not surprised.
