Service constantly drops in and out. My parents have AT&T and when my son stays there his Wi-Fi monitor repeatedly stops working because the internet isn’t connected. We have spectrum and that almost never happens at our house.

I experienced an outage and they told me they’ll send a technician fee days later! I work remotely, not acceptable!!

Horrible internet service. Spotty, slow, the worst. automated support only (which doesn't help)
