These guys saved my life!! I was born and raised in Madison and have recently returned home after spending about 25 years in Washington, D.C. Long story short is that just before getting on the road to move home, I switched my mobile carrier from T-Mobile to AT&T. One of the reasons I was convinced to switch carriers was a better monthly rate of course and that AT&T also would pay my iPhone 15 Pro Max off. What I didn't know, though, was that T-Mobile would lock my electronic SIM card, thus locking me out of cell phone coverage and service.
Talk about the challenges of navigating a cross-country move without cell service! Benjamin to the rescue! I just can't say enough about this young man; he consistently delivered excellent customer service, he has exceptional people skills, and top-tier technical skills. I was so happy that I found him to resolve my issues. He stuck it out with me, working with T-Mobile to assist in getting my services restored with AT&T. Benjamin's coworker, Alex, was also there for support and assisted my sister with her AT&T account.
If you have an issue with your device or coverage, I definitely recommend this store. This will be the only location for my cellular needs in the future.

Leron Goodall has been very helpful today at the AT&T store on Midvale Ave in Madison WI. He is extremely patient and answered all my questions. He guided me in setting up Google, in resetting my password, and using some features on my Apple phone I was unfamiliar with. A valuable employee. I am sticking with AT&T because of him.
